Key Responsibilities

• Oversee dispatch operations, ensuring accurate packaging and timely delivery of customer orders with strong quality control.
• Manage product cataloging by maintaining updated listings with high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and correct pricing across all platforms.
• Implement and monitor inventory systems, track stock levels, conduct audits, and handle returns and exchanges efficiently.
• Supervise the end-to-end order fulfillment process, resolving operational issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with suppliers for procurement of stock, materials, and packaging, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Enforce quality control measures for all incoming and outgoing jewellery pieces to maintain brand standards.
• Identify inefficiencies in operations and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Manage general administrative duties to support day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
