Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Develop and execute sales strategies for Key clients across markets with new acquisition along with renewal and upsell as primary responsibilities. Acquire new customers for Naukri.com solutions to ensure growth and profitability. Manage key accounts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell existing products/services to increase revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., pre-sales, delivery) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction along with excellence of customer experience. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive SaaS landscape. Job Requirements : 3-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software or media sales. Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of SaaS sales principles and ability to articulate value propositions effectively. Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
