Business Manager - Car Loan

Role Overview: You will be responsible for sourcing Used Car Loans and meeting targets. Your role will involve Channel Development, including identifying and tying up with Used Car Dealers as well as Re-sellers. You will handle the resolution of Pending Disbursement Documents (PDD) and take care of Used Car Loan collection. Team Building and Channel Development will be essential for achieving the Business Plan. Additionally, you will be required to manage the portfolio in coordination with Ops & Collection, conduct Asset Verification of cases under processing, and oversee the vehicle loan business across the assigned geography. Regular review meetings with line managers will be conducted to ensure effective operations. Your role will also involve maintaining a strong check on Early Delinquencies (EDs) and Non-Starter (NS) cases, and building business by identifying and selling prospects while maintaining relationships.
