dynamic and strategic leader
to head
Business Development for South India
at Truww. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving regional growth through
real estate partnerships, developer alliances, and channel expansion
.The position involves leading a team of
Business Development Managers
and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver strong revenue outcomes and long-term strategic relationship.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Business Development Managers across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and other southern cities.
- Drive ownership, accountability, and performance across the BD function to consistently achieve revenue and conversion targets.
- Create a culture of excellence, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving.
- Developer Partnerships & Closures
- Identify, engage, and close partnerships with top developers across South India.
- Represent Truww in discussions with CXOs, Sales Heads, and CRM leaders of developer organizations.
- Build deep relationships with key real estate partners and position Truww as the preferred interiors partner for new and existing projects.
- Strategic Execution
- Identify whitespace opportunities in developer ecosystems to scale Truww's presence in new launches, ready-to-move projects, and resale properties.
- Design and execute region-specific GTM strategies to increase Truww's market penetration.
- Market Intelligence & Planning
- Map top developers, projects, and emerging markets to maintain a robust BD pipeline.
- Track competitive activity and generate actionable insights to refine Truww's partnership and pricing strategy.
- Review & Reporting
- Lead weekly business reviews and track performance KPIs across teams and regions.
- Conduct periodic reviews with developer partners to identify areas for collaboration, co-marketing, and growth.
- Present regular updates and strategic inputs to the vice President of the company.
Job Requirements
- MBA from a reputed institution (preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in real estate, interiors, or allied industries.
- Proven success in business development, real estate partnerships, or B2B alliance management.
- Strong leadership experience with a record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with high levels of ownership and accountability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and on-ground execution ability.
