Business Interlock Senior Analyst

As a Business Interlock Senior Analyst, you will use your experience in Talent Development, content development, and HR analytics to enable learning initiatives aligned with business goals. Your role involves stakeholder management, training needs analysis (TNA), and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 

    Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

     to identify learning gaps and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver 

    Instructor-Led Training (ILT)

     programs.
  • Develop and curate 

    learning content

     aligned with business and talent strategies.
  • Apply 

    HR analytics

     to assess training effectiveness and workforce impact.
  • Liaise with internal teams on 

    employee services

    , 

    HR policies

    , and 

    compensation & payroll

     insights.
  • Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery of training solutions.
  • May contribute as an individual contributor or oversee a small team.
