Job Description

  • Design, develop and deploy dashboards to the business units using Business Intelligence tool Sisense.
  • Identify, develop, manage and execute analysis to uncover various areas of opportunity to create higher business impact and to drive key business decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing tools.
  • Work with various business units to understand their requirement and develop suitable dashboards to achieve their goals.
  • Perform ETL operations to validate, cleanse and transform the data to be ready for analysis and reporting.
  • Assist in developing the business usage of Business Intelligence tools to drive efficiency in reporting.
  • Work collaboratively across various teams and develop meaning relationships to achieve common goals.
  • Regularly conduct dashboard maintenance to ensure the data accuracy of the reports.
  • Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and user manuals
  • Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various sources and databases.
  • Develops basic reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Requires foundational knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, and basic statistical concepts.
  • May assist with data cleaning and data management tasks.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Graduate/ Post graduate in any discipline with overall more than 2 years of work experience.
  • Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, Tables, Joins, etc.
  • Be able to quickly shape data into reporting and analytics solutions, able to create new KPIs or modify the existing KPIs to reflect the current business situations.
  • Experienced in tools and systems on SQL, Java Script, Power Query, Power Pivot, PowerBI, Sisense, Tableau, Qlick view and DAX, Advance Excel.
  • Ability to solve problems and identify opportunities through analytical thinking.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
  • Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative also, work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong reporting skills to present insights concisely.
  • Excellent communication skills with good command over English language (Verbal Written)
  • Flexible to work in shifts.
