Business Intelligence Analyst

What You'll Do

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to serve as the critical link between our Data Science team and key partners. You will ensure that the data products we developsuch as product fit scores and customer health indexesare easily accessible, interpretable, and actionable through intuitive Power BI dashboards and well-integrated Snowflake endpoints.

You'll focus on transforming complex data into clear insights that drive decision-making across teams. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on dashboard development, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering for further data pipeline support.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure dashboards deliver actionable insights.
• Determine if data visualization requirements can be supported by existing Snowflake data mart resources, and translate any gaps into clear technical requirements for the Data Engineering team.
• Monitor and validate data quality and dashboard performance to ensure reliability and usability.
• Partner with the Business Data Science team to understand new data products and determine the best methods for surfacing insights.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

• Experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, report design, and dashboard optimization.
• Strong SQL skills with a proven track record of using SQL for data exploration, metric definition, and business logic modeling.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams, translating complex needs into practical data solutions.
