Business Insights and Analytics Leader

As a seasoned professional in the field of data analytics, you will play a crucial role in building trust with senior stakeholders by providing strategic insights and demonstrating delivery credibility. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating complex client business problems into effective Business Intelligence solutions and successfully implementing them. You will oversee multiple BI and analytics programs for various clients, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration with Data Engineering teams to achieve common goals. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the scalability and quality of deliverables that have a direct impact on business outcomes. Additionally, you will be involved in recruiting and onboarding team members, as well as directly managing a team of 15-20 individuals. It will be essential for you to take ownership of customer deliverables and work closely with project managers to align project schedules with customer expectations. With over 15 years of experience, including a minimum of 10 years in data analytics execution, you possess strong organizational and multitasking skills. You have the ability to engage effectively with clients from both business and technical backgrounds, understand their workflows, reporting requirements, and decision-making processes. Your analytical skills enable you to analyze and present data effectively, driving actionable insights that lead to improved Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik, as well as backend systems like SQL and ETL frameworks, will be critical to your success in this role. Experience with cloud-native platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, and AWS, along with data lakes, is highly valued. Knowledge of compliance, access controls, and data quality frameworks is a plus, as is experience in CPG, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Marketing domains. You will need to leverage your problem-solving skills to prioritize conflicting requirements and effectively communicate with senior management, other departments, and external partners. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be key to summarizing key findings succinctly and driving decision-making processes based on clear insights.,
