Job Description

A business influencer who creates reels and edits videos is responsible for producing engaging technical content that educates and promotes engineering software products on social media platforms. This role combines technical storytelling, short-form video creation, and editing expertise tailored to the engineering audience.

Core Responsibilities

Create and edit high-quality short-form videos (reels), tutorials, demos, and explainer videos about engineering software for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to brainstorm content ideas that highlight product features and solve real engineering problems.
Capture, edit, and produce videos including scripting, shooting, sound design, and post-production with animations, captions, and effects.
Stay updated with social media video trends and adapt content to increase engagement within the technical and engineering community.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong presence as a business influencer or engineer with demonstrated ability to engage a technical audience.
Proficient with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, as well as graphic design software for thumbnails and overlays.
Portfolio or experience in creating short-form technical content or educational reels for social media.
Ability to simplify complex engineering concepts through creative storytelling in videos.
Understanding of algorithmic optimization to improve reach and engagement on each platform.
