Job Title: Business Manager/Branch Head Company: StafinGo Location: Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Gujarat Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager/Branch Head to lead our team and drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management within the recruitment industry. Responsibilities: * Business Development: * Identify and target potential clients (companies) that require recruitment services. * Develop and implement a business development strategy to achieve sales targets. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. * Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development activities. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. * Client Relationship Management: * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. * Negotiate contracts and service agreements. * Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. * Branch Management: * Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch. * Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruitment consultants. * Set performance goals and monitor team performance. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. * Manage the branch budget and ensure profitability. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field. * Proven experience in business development and sales within the recruitment industry. * Strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry best practices. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
