Business Head-Specialty Foods

As a Business Head for the Specialty foods division of a leading FMCG brand in India, your role will be crucial in driving sales growth and managing budgets. Your responsibilities will include developing business strategies, ensuring product line growth, and leading a team to achieve business objectives. You will be instrumental in formulating brand strategy and developing a roadmap for the Specialty product line. Additionally, you will oversee the business of Ecommerce and D2C marketplaces, conduct market analysis, manage relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Your strategic leadership will be key in being accountable for P & L. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business strategies for the Specialty foods division - Drive sales growth and manage budgets effectively - Ensure product line growth and lead a team to achieve business objectives - Formulate brand strategy and develop a roadmap for the Specialty product line - Oversee the business of Ecommerce and D2C marketplaces - Conduct market analysis and manage relationships with stakeholders - Ensure compliance with industry regulations - Be accountable for P & L Qualifications: - MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification from a well-reputed institute Experience & Skills Required: - 12 to 15 years of experience in FMCG Products Sales & Marketing, D2C, or E-commerce Management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Knowledge of budget management and financial analysis - Proficiency in market analysis and stakeholder relationship management - Understanding of product quality and compliance with industry regulations - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Please note that the job location for this position is Chennai and the compensation will be as per industry standards.,
