Business Head-Specialty Foods

You will be responsible for overseeing the specialty foods division, developing business strategies, driving sales growth, managing budgets, ensuring product line growth, and leading a team to achieve business objectives. Additionally, you will develop a roadmap for the Specialty product line, formulate brand strategy, and oversee business of Ecommerce and D2C marketplaces. Your role will involve market analysis, relationship management with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will be accountable for strategic leadership and P & L. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business strategies for the specialty foods division - Drive sales growth and manage budgets effectively - Ensure product line growth and lead a team to achieve business objectives - Develop a roadmap for the Specialty product line and formulate brand strategy - Oversee the business of Ecommerce and D2C marketplaces - Conduct market analysis and maintain relationships with stakeholders - Ensure compliance with industry regulations - Provide strategic leadership and be accountable for P & L Qualifications: - MBA (Marketing) or equivalent qualification from a well-reputed institute Experience & Skills Required: - 12 to 15 years of experience in FMCG Products Sales & Marketing or D2C or E-Commerce Management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Knowledge of budget management and financial analysis - Proficiency in market analysis and stakeholder relationship management - Understanding of product quality and compliance with industry regulations - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Kindly note that the job location for this role is Chennai, and the CTC will be as per industry standards.,
