Business Leadership & Strategy

Take complete ownership of the P&L for Metaphor Interiors driving revenue, managing costs, and ensuring profitability.

Lead annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with organizational goals.

Translate strategic vision into actionable quarterly plans across sales, design, and operations.

Sales & Customer Conversion

Achieve a minimum 80% conversion rate of in-house homebuyers into interior clients.

Personally engage with high-value customers to close deals and upsell packages such as furniture, artifacts, and add-ons.

Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to craft compelling service narratives and enhance customer experience touchpoints.

Service Development & Modularization

Standardize design-build offerings into curated, budget-based packages.

Launch and scale the Interior Design & Build as a Service (IDBaaS) model across residential projects.

Oversee the development of design catalogs, finish boards, and specification kits for consistent delivery.

Team & People Management

Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional team of interior designers, site engineers, and project coordinators.

Define and review clear KRAs on a quarterly basis.

Foster a culture of ownership, speed, design integrity, and result-oriented accountability.

Project Execution & Vendor Oversight

Manage timelines, cost control, and quality delivery across 5 7 concurrent projects with a monthly execution target of 10 homes per project.

Strengthen vendor partnerships and drive backward integration (men, materials, machines, delivery) to improve efficiency.

Curate and manage a vendor ecosystem with tiered material and product options.

Process & Quality Control

Implement SOPs for design-to-execution workflows, quality checklists, and continuous feedback loops.

Ensure design fidelity on-site and minimize revision cycles.

Utilize digital tools (e.g., SketchUp, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, ClickUp, SAP) to streamline operations and track progress.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with product design, delivery, and CRM teams to ensure interior offerings are in sync with overall project vision.

Align interior strategies with architectural and landscape narratives.

Coordinate with Sales, Branding, and Procurement teams for a seamless customer experience.
