We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven MBA professional to lead and expand our car loan business in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong dealership and DSA (Direct Selling Agent) networks, acquiring quality customers, and ensuring high loan conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new car dealerships and sales partners
Drive loan sales targets in the assigned region
Field visits to ensure lead generation and customer onboarding
Work closely with credit & operations teams to ensure smooth processing
Train and manage field executives or loan officers
Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management
Eligibility:
MBA in Marketing/Finance (preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in auto loan, banking, or NBFC sector
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Must be willing to travel extensively and meet field targets
Self-motivated, with a proven record in loan sales or acquisition
