Job Description

As a General Manager of Business Operations at uBreathe, you will play a crucial role in leading our clean air startup by taking full ownership of running the business end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, driving growth and performance targets, managing the team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, handling vendor management, and identifying opportunities for expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, fulfilment, customer service, and partnerships - Own growth and performance targets across D2C, B2B, and institutional channels - Manage and motivate the team to ensure strong execution and accountability - Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align business goals - Handle vendor management, costing, logistics, and finance coordination - Build and improve processes for smooth operations and efficient scaling - Identify opportunities for expansion and lead execution end-to-end Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of experience in business operations, growth, or category management - Hands-on operator with strong planning and execution skills - Independent decision-maker capable of working without constant supervision - Prior experience in consumer products, D2C, or hardware preferred - Dependable, structured, and committed to building something meaningful - Must be based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur (Jagatpura Office) At uBreathe, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-growing, purpose-driven environment where you will have real ownership and decision-making authority. You will enjoy the freedom to run the business and shape its growth while contributing to building a clean-tech brand that solves one of India's biggest problems. Additionally, you will work directly with the founders and be eligible for a fixed salary of 50,000 per month, performance incentives of up to 25,000 per month based on targets and outcomes, and additional growth-based incentives for strong performers.,
