Business Growth Manager HR Consulting

As a Business Development Manager at our recruitment and HR solutions firm in Delhi NCR, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and fostering strong client partnerships. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying, building, and onboarding strong clients in the recruitment and HR domain. - Taking complete ownership of business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships focused on long-term partnerships. - Coordinating seamlessly with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. - Driving aggressive business targets and consistently achieving/exceeding them. - Representing the company in client meetings, networking events, and presentations across Delhi NCR. - Contributing actively towards expansion strategies and organizational growth. To excel in this role, you should have: - 3+ years of experience in client acquisition with a mix of IT and Non-IT clients. - Onboarded 2000+ employee strength clients. - Proven track record in Business Development/Client Acquisition, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR services. - Strong network of clients or the ability to bring in immediate client opportunities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently with a high sense of ownership and accountability. - Willingness to conduct client visits across Delhi NCR and be present in the office occasionally.
