Business Growth Manager (Growth Hacker)

As a part of the growth team at Licious, your role will involve identifying, sizing, and executing high-impact growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, and monetization. You will deep-dive into user behavior, operational data, and category trends to uncover insights and convert them into actionable strategies. Collaborating closely with Category, Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, you will run experiments and drive end-to-end growth initiatives. Your responsibilities will include building and managing structured growth frameworks, owning key growth metrics, improving user funnels, and tracking competitive landscape and industry trends to identify whitespace opportunities. Qualifications required for this role include graduation from a top-tier college (IITs, NITs, BITS, or equivalent) and experience in a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, etc.). You should ideally have 1-3 years of experience in growth, consulting, analytics, product, performance marketing, or similarly rigorous roles. Experience in consumer internet, e-commerce, or D2C is considered a strong plus.
