Job Description

Role Overview: You will be the Business Growth Lead for India & Southeast Asia at Leica Biosystems. Your main responsibilities will include driving revenue acceleration, funnel expansion, and portfolio adoption through strategic initiatives and country-wide programs. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, APAC and General Managers in India and SEAHKTW to shape and execute the Go-to-Market strategy across Core Histology, Advanced Staining, Digital Pathology, and other portfolios to ensure alignment with business priorities and growth ambitions for the region. Your role is pivotal in expanding market presence, enabling adoption of innovative solutions, and ensuring customer success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement Go-to-Market programs and Marketing strategy to expand portfolio penetration through campaigns, webinars, symposia, trade shows, and market development initiatives. - Define and execute clear strategies for Advanced Staining, Digital Pathology, and other LBS portfolio growth to drive adoption and market share. - Partner with the GMs and India/SEA Leadership Team to identify new market opportunities, key customer segments, and revenue levers. - Build and strengthen KOL relationships to enable advocacy, education, and portfolio expansion. - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of product launches, campaigns, and business initiatives. - Generate and communicate market and customer insights; track competitive activities and adjust strategies accordingly. - Manage segmentation, pricing inputs, and portfolio positioning for India & SEA. - Drive event execution and customer engagement activities, providing ROI and impact analysis. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in science; MBA with majors in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred. - Strong understanding of pathology science and commercial levers to drive business growth. - Experience in Medtech industries. - Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency with business software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and exposure to CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot). - Regional language skills are an advantage. Additional Details: - Travel: Up to 40% in-country and Southeast Asia. - Languages: Proficiency in English and at least one regional language preferred. - Reporting line: Reports to Senior Marketing Manager, APAC and dotted line reporting to General Manager, India and General Manager SEAHKTW.
