Job description Job Title: Business Growth & Community Engagement Officer Company: MIZONE (Malabar Innovation Entrepreneurship Zone) Location: MIZONE Campus, Kannur, Kerala Experience: Minimum 1 year Job description: We are seeking a dynamic, proactive professional who can lead MIZONE’s outreach and engagement efforts with entrepreneurs, freelancers, and business owners in the region. The primary goal is to increase the occupancy of incubation seats , drive program participation , and generate revenue through incubation services and allied business support initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, marketing, business development , or entrepreneurship outreach , especially within the MSME or startup space. Key Responsibilities: Promote MIZONE’s incubation space, events, and programs to targeted business communities Build strong connections with local entrepreneurs, freelancers, small business owners, and institutions Generate leads and convert them into incubates (workspace occupants) Conduct and coordinate local outreach campaigns, business meetups, and walk-in drives Develop partnerships with local colleges, business groups, and development institutions Maintain CRM records, lead status, and conversion reports Ensure monthly occupancy and revenue growth targets are met Support day-to-day incubation activities and community-building efforts Requirements: Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for entrepreneurship and local business development Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken & written) Ability to work independently, travel locally, and meet performance targets Basic knowledge of digital tools and office software Bachelor's degree in any field (Business/Marketing preferred) Experience in marketing, business development, sales, or community engagement Interested candidates can send their CV to subhash@mizone.in OR Call/WhatsApp: 9072113263 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
