We’re looking for a Business Growth Automation Strategist who can bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution.

You’ll be the go-to person for building automation workflows, optimizing processes, and enabling smarter business decisions through no-code tools.

Experience Level: 0–3 years

Location -Infopark, Kochi

What You’ll Do

• Act as a link between 

  business goals and technical implementation.

• Build and optimize automation flows using 

  Make, n8n, Zapier, Bubble,

   or similar tools.
• Support leadership in 

  operations strategy

   — including CRM setup, sales funnels, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with different teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Analyze data and processes to identify areas for automation or improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• MBA or Strategy background

   with a passion for technology and problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience (or strong interest) in 

  no-code tools

   like Make, Zapier, Bubble, Airtable, etc.

• Analytical mindset

   with a fast execution style.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to 

  learn new tools

   and stay updated with the latest tech trends.
