Position: Business Growth Associate – AEC Sector (Global Markets) Location: Nagpur Experience Required: 1–2 years We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive, focusing on the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) domain with exposure to international markets, particularly the US. Key Responsibilities: Explore and pursue new business opportunities within the AEC industry Establish and nurture client relationships across global regions Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Perform market intelligence and competitor benchmarking Candidate Profile: 1–2 years of relevant experience in business development within the AEC space Excellent communication and client engagement skills Proven track record in B2B and consultative sales Open to travel and working with overseas clients Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Night shift US shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Nagpur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Global Market: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
