Business Generalist

Role Description

This role involves coordinating business and operational tasks, managing on-ground event execution, and supporting the core team in diverse responsibilities. • Prior experience in events, operations, or project coordination is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily business operations, cold calling, vendor coordination, and documentation.
• Support project planning, timelines, and resource allocation
• Act as on-ground site supervisor during events and productions, ensuring smooth execution
• Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and delivery.
• Handle multiple roles as needed from logistics and procurement to scheduling and reporting
• Maintain organized records and support administrative functions.
