Generalist - Scaling Up About the Role We are seeking a versatile and proactive Generalist to join us. Key Responsibilities Analyze current operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement through comprehensive process audits and data analysis. Lead process improvement initiatives, including process mapping, implementing standards and procedures, and driving continuous evaluation and iteration for long-term success. Design and deploy automation solutions to eliminate manual tasks, enhance data accuracy, and improve overall productivity. Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and engineering teams to ensure seamless internal operations and effective cross-functional communication. Support internal sales processes by managing sales data, coordinating with account managers, and assisting in customer onboarding and follow-up activities. Track multiple ongoing projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables in a fast-paced startup environment. Develop and maintain documentation for improved processes, standards, and workflows to ensure clarity and accountability across the organization. Provide regular feedback and performance metrics to leadership, fostering a culture of transparency and continuous improvement. Assist in the implementation and integration of new tools and systems to support operational and sales objectives. Respond flexibly to changing business needs and contribute to special projects as required. Utilize AI tools and techniques to improve efficiency and decision-making across operational and sales processes. Use your creativity in supporting us in communications, outreach, & marketing efforts as well. Qualifications Not any hard expectations on educational qualifications, but experience or strong interest in operations, process improvement, automation, or related areas is a plus. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, think analytically, and solve problems effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and building relationships at all levels. Familiarity with or willingness to learn CRM systems and support sales processes. Enthusiastic and unafraid to leverage AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership in a startup setting.
