Business Finance Manager

Role & responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders and drive business review meetings to provide consolidated view of forecast Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and financial modeling. Develop and maintain financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs). Managing business and compliance requirements within the given budget Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations. Partner with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements Implement financial controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
