Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage pharma and distributor-led sales channels

2. Drive field-level sales activities, including doctor, distributor, and partner engagement

3. Identify and onboard regional and national distributors

4. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements with channel partners

5. Execute market expansion plans aligned with company strategy

6. Collect market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and demand trends

7. Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to achieve sales targets

Candidate Profile / Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in pharma field sales or distributor management

2. Strong understanding of pharma distributor and channel sales models

3. Proven experience in on-ground/field sales execution

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

5. Result-oriented with the ability to work independently in the field

6. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and business documentation tools

Preferred Background:

1. Experience working with pharma companies, medical devices, or diagnostics

2. Established network with distributors and stockists
