Job Summary: PMG Engineering is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support the expansion of its offerings, with a focus on the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive growth. Candidates with a passion for sales, client engagement, and market research are encouraged to apply. Exposure to the F&B industry will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Provide regular reports on performance, customer feedback, and market opportunities. Prepare proposals, presentations, and assist in closing deals. Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry meets. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing. Exposure to the Food and Beverage industry is a strong plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Analytical thinking with good problem-solving skills. Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship, Volunteer Pay: ₹9,372.13 - ₹32,632.05 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
