Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales

Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across industries

Develop and execute territory-wise or sector-specific sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Prepare and deliver technical proposals, presentations, and quotations in coordination with the technical and laboratory teams.

Account Management

Manage key accounts to ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and recurring business.
Monitor and resolve client concerns through coordination with lab, project, and support teams.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, outstanding quotes, and payments.

Team Coordination

Analyze sales data and submit regular MIS, pipeline, and forecast reports to management.
Assist in planning sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and participation in industry events.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or related technical field.
MBA in Marketing/Sales or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
5–8 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2+ years in environmental testing, industrial services, or laboratory-based sales.
Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel regionally as required.
