Business Execution Administrator

In this role as a Business Execution Administrator at Wells Fargo, your primary responsibility will be data management, which involves collecting and extracting data for analysis to support business needs and improve decision-making for future trends. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in planning and executing various programs, services, and initiatives, monitoring key indicators for effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups - Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities - Receive direction from leaders, exercise independent judgment, and develop an understanding of policies, procedures, best practices, and initiatives - Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners - Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff Qualifications Required: - 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education Desired Qualifications: - Develop/run reports from Enterprise Data Management Tools, Tableau, and Power BI - Perform analysis on Metadata Quality Assurance findings and work with SME's to drive remediation - Conduct data governance onboarding meetings with new stakeholders - Adhere to data governance standards and procedures - Design and monitor data governance, data quality, and metadata policies, standards, tools, processes, or procedures for companywide data management functions - Support communications with basic documentation related to requirements, design decisions, issue closure, or remediation updates - Support issue remediation by performing basic to mildly complex data profiling, data or business analysis, and data mapping as part of root cause or impact analysis - Provide support to regulatory analysis and reporting requirements - Recommend plans for the development and implementation of initiatives that assess the quality of new data sources - Work with business and technology partners or subject matter professionals to document or maintain business or technical metadata about systems, business or data elements, or data-related controls - Consult with clients to assess the current state of data quality within the area of assigned responsibility About Wells Fargo: Wells Fargo is committed to building strong customer relationships while maintaining a risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture.
