Job Description

In this role as a Business Execution Administrator at Wells Fargo, you will be responsible for data management, including collecting and extracting data to support business needs and improve decision-making for future trends. Your key responsibilities will include: - Participating in planning and executing various programs, services, and initiatives, monitoring key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups. - Reviewing basic initiatives such as policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conducting regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities. - Receiving direction from leaders, exercising independent judgment, and developing an understanding of policies, procedures, best practices, and initiatives. - Collaborating and consulting with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners. - Providing work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff. Qualifications required for this role include: - 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Desired qualifications for this role involve: - Developing and running reports from Enterprise Data Management Tools, Tableau, and Power BI. - Performing analysis on Metadata Quality Assurance findings and working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to drive remediation. - Conducting data governance onboarding meetings with new stakeholders. - Adhering to data governance standards and procedures. - Designing and monitoring data governance, data quality, and metadata policies, standards, tools, processes, or procedures to ensure data control and remediation for companywide data management functions. - Supporting communications with basic documentation related to requirements, design decisions, issue closure, or remediation updates. - Supporting issue remediation by performing basic to mildly complex data profiling, data or business analysis, and data mapping as part of root cause or impact analysis. - Providing support to regulatory analysis and reporting requirements. - Recommending plans for the development and implementation of initiatives that assess the quality of new data sources. - Working with business and technology partners or subject matter professionals to document or maintain business or technical metadata about systems, business or data elements, or data-related controls. - Consulting with clients to assess the current state of data quality within the area of assigned responsibility.
