Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support
manufacturing excellence initiatives
aimed at improving productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
Perform
data analytics and process monitoring
to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
Apply
Lean principles, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 6 Sigma, and TPM methodologies
to improve processes and eliminate waste.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Finance to implement sustainable improvements.
Facilitate Kaizen workshops and continuous improvement projects across the plant.
Support digital transformation through effective use of
ERP systems (MES, SAP)
for process tracking and decision-making.
Develop dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track plant performance.
Prepare and present progress reports on ongoing excellence initiatives to the management team.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred), TPM
, and other operational excellence methodologies.
Proven ability in
data analysis and statistical tools
for process improvement.
Hands-on experience with
ERP platforms (SAP, MES)
for manufacturing operations.
Excellent
project management and problem-solving skills
.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for
cross-functional collaboration
.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic manufacturing environments.
