Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and analyze telecom business processes, billing, provisioning, and customer management workflows.
Design, develop, and optimize MySQL databases supporting telecom applications.
Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support telecom data processing.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and network teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Monitor database performance and implement tuning to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
Support telecom application data integration, migration, and reporting needs.
Document technical specifications, database schemas, and telecom workflows.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving telecom system issues related to database performance and data integrity.

Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of the telecom business domain, including billing, CRM, provisioning, or network operations
Proficiency in MySQL database design, query optimization, and administration
Experience writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views
Familiarity with telecom standards and protocols is a plus (e.g., SS7, SIP, IN)
Ability to translate telecom business requirements into database solutions
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
