The Business Development Executive – B2B will be responsible for driving corporate sales, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our corporate gifting division. You will engage with key decision-makers, understand client requirements, and create tailored gifting solutions that strengthen business relationships.

This role offers hands-on experience in B2B sales, corporate relationship management, and strategic business growth, with clear opportunities to evolve into senior leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage a robust pipeline of corporate clients across industries.
  • Understand client needs and design customized corporate gifting solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target organizations.
  • Present, pitch, and negotiate proposals to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations, and fulfillment) to ensure seamless execution of gifting solutions.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand brand visibility and business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and progress in CRM tools.
  • Contribute to developing strategies for new client acquisition and retention.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in corporate gifting, events, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of corporate sales cycles and relationship management.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, client meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and G-Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
