Business Devlopment Executive

1. Lead Research & Market Intelligence:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads in target industries and regions, focusing on the Salesforce and IT services domain.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential leads, including accurate contact details and client information.

2. Lead Generation & Outreach:

• Use a combination of cold calling, emails, social media, and networking to engage prospects and generate interest in Techila’s services.
• Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders to initiate conversations and qualify leads.
• Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other platforms.

3. Lead Qualification & Handoff:

• Assess leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with Techila’s product/service offerings.
• Qualify leads by gathering information on potential requirements, challenges, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

4. CRM Management & Data Accuracy:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented.
• Regularly update the database by adding enriched data, such as company size, industry, and contact hierarchy.
• Segment and manage the lead pipeline for targeted follow-ups and nurturing.

5. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Prepare and present regular reports on lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,140.68 - ₹42,394.75 per month
