We are currently hiring fresh and energetic talent to join our Agra branch, located at:
2nd Floor, 34 Nagar Nigam 37/263-C, Nagla Padi, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282005Landmark: Above Deviram Food Circle, Nagla Padi

Position Overview:
We are looking for trainees who are passionate about working in a dynamic, high-energy international recruitment environment. This is a full-time, in-office night shift role supporting US clients in recruitment and business development activities.

Key Details:

• Shift Timings (Night Shift):
• Winters: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST
• Summers: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
• Cab Facility: Both-side cab available for male and female employees
• Meals provided
• Leave Policy: US holidays plus Indian main festivals

Salary and Benefits:

• Fixed Stipend: Rs. 15,000 per month
• Additional Incentives in USD for every successful placement

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or currently pursuing a degree (2nd or 3rd year)
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Confident, energetic, and professional
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Willingness to work night shifts and engage with US clients

• US Visa and Immigration processes
• US geography and market trends
