Job Title: Business Development Manager

Jaipur, Rajasthan

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Manager

to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with architects, builders, and dealers, and expand our market presence in the Jaipur region.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, builders, interior designers, and project consultants.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business objectives.
Conduct product presentations, site visits, and follow up on customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and delivery follow-ups.
Track competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and architect meets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate / MBA preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in building materials, sanitaryware, tiles, or related industry.
Strong network and rapport with architects and builders in the Jaipur region.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
