Role Overview

As a Business Development Associate for Bhanzu’s English learning product, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that helps students improve their language skills and confidence. Your role involves understanding parent and student needs, presenting our English programs clearly and persuasively, and closing deals that change lives through better communication and learning outcomes

What You’ll Do:

● Speak with leads to understand their learning goals and suggest the right English programs

● Drive sales through engaging conversations, phone calls, and virtual presentations

● Manage CRM data, follow-ups, and pipeline updates with diligence

● Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure customer alignment and campaign targeting

● Provide insights from conversations to improve product-market fit and messaging

● Achieve and exceed monthly targets and KPIs for enrollments and conversions

● Participate in regular training and upskilling on Bhanzu’s product features and sales techniques

Desired Candidate Profile

● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

● Fluent in English (verbal and written) with confidence in handling high-volume outreach

● Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

● CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

● Passion for language learning and helping students grow
