Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Trainees (Inside Sales) . This role involves reaching out to potential clients, building strong relationships, and assisting businesses with their financial needs. A comprehensive 45 Days of training program led by a sales expert will be provided to help you succeed in the role. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Egniol’s business loan and financing solutions. • Understand client needs and suggest suitable financing options. • Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. • Effectively handle objections and convert prospects into clients. • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM software. • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience Training & Development: • Duration: 45 days (full-time) • Trainer: Experienced sales expert • Program Highlights: Soft skills enhancement, sales techniques, product knowledge, CRM usage, and client management strategies. Qualifications & Skills: • Graduate in any discipline (freshers are welcome to apply). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Passion for sales and business development. • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. • Basic proficiency in computers and CRM tools. • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati is preferred.
