About the Role

We are expanding our Business Development & Client Acquisition team for upcoming large-scale projects and are looking to hire motivated Business Development Executives. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to start a long-term career in Sales, Client Relations, and Business Development.

All selected candidates will undergo 3–6 months of structured training, followed by internal or external placement based on performance and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
  • Pitch company services and solutions in a professional manner
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sectors
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals and client presentations
  • Maintain CRM records, daily sales reports, and client communication logs
  • Work towards achieving weekly and monthly targets

Training & Placement Path

  • 3–6 months structured training on Business Development, B2B Sales, Negotiation, and Client Management
  • Exposure to live sales pipelines during the training period
  • Internal placement in our BD team
  • External placement with partner companies based on performance

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Basic understanding of sales/marketing or willingness to learn
  • Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Confidence in interacting with corporate clients
  • Ability to handle field and office-based BD activities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office

Education

  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate
  • Preferred: BBA, MBA, BCom, BA, BTech, or any candidate interested in sales roles
