Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities in tourism segments.

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the away and inbound tourist

markets.

• Identify and on-board tour operators, travel agents, and DMCs as strategic partners.

• Drive B2B sales, achieve revenue targets, and curate attractive travel packages.

• Build and manage strong partner relationships with ongoing support and engagement.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns and promotional efforts.

• Propose innovative offerings based on market trends and customer needs.

• Monitor performance through reports and analytics, recommend improvement plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Tourism.

• 1-5 years experience in tourism, travel sales, or business development.

• Strong knowledge of tour operator and travel agency networks.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and in teams.
