"Business Development - Team Lead"

Skywalk Digital Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader / Manager to oversee a dynamic team of professionals. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with an ability to manage both clients and internal teams effectively, especially in the international digital market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, guide, and manage a team of sales/digital executives to meet performance and delivery targets.
• Communicate effectively with international clients (US/UK/Canada) for project coordination and service delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of website development and digital marketing services.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, provide training and feedback to team members.
• Handle escalations, resolve team or client-related issues proactively.
• Collaborate with senior management to improve operations and business strategies.
• Maintain detailed reports of team activities, project status, and performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Team Lead / Managerial role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, international sales, and website development services
• Prior experience managing international clients (especially in EST, PST, or MST time zones)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working on night shifts (US time zone)
