Tare Zameen Foundation is seeking a dynamic and committed Fundraising Senior Executive to lead our fundraising initiatives, build partnerships, and support our mission of empowering underprivileged communities.

About Us

We are a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming lives of 150+ children and their families through:

• After-school education programs
• Women empowerment initiatives
• Tailoring & menstrual hygiene training
• Nutrition & food support

Job Requirements

• 2–5 years of proven fundraising experience
• Ability to guide and mentor interns on daily activities
• Strong email drafting and communication skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office proficiency preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Personal laptop

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute fundraising campaigns and donor outreach
• Build and maintain donor relationships and corporate partnerships
• Manage, mentor, and support interns in achieving their goals
• Prepare reports and maintain fundraising documentation
• Represent the organization with professionalism and commitment
