Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors and supporters
• Explain the foundation's mission, current initiatives, and donation campaigns
• Maintain donor relationships with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
• Record all interactions, donor feedback, and follow-up requirements in the system
• Coordinate follow-up calls, thank-you messages, and impact updates
• Assign and monitor internal tasks across departments, including outreach, operations, and events
• Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Trello to track progress
• Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines and goals are met
• Prepare brief task reports and share updates during team meetings
• Ensure proper documentation and tracking of completed activities

Since its inception, the organization has been working for many causes like the upliftment of children, women, and the divyangjan.
