As a member of our team at PlanetSpark, you will be responsible for engaging with qualified, high-intent leads and guiding them through a personalized enrollment journey that provides genuine value starting from the initial touchpoint. Your role will involve hosting dynamic and energizing video consultations that establish immediate rapport and enhance the credibility of our brand. In addition, you will be adept at addressing objections, understanding the true motivations of customers, and effectively converting hesitations into successful enrollments. You will be entrusted with managing the lead-to-enrollment pipeline efficiently, ensuring that each interaction is seamless, customer-centric, and optimized for conversion. PlanetSpark is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of confident speakers and creative writers across 11 countries by offering personalized 1:1 classes in public speaking and creative writing conducted by the top 1% of teachers. Our students engage in various activities such as debates, creating YouTube videos, podcasting, stand-up comedy, storytelling, and public speaking to build their confidence and communication skills.
