About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Specialist who can take SiteSathi to the right customers, build strong relationships, and turn conversations into conversions. If you enjoy talking to people, understand how sales cycles work, and love the thrill of closing deals, this role is for you.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify and generate leads in the construction industry
  • Reach out to contractors, builders, and site managers through calls, visits, and WhatsApp
  • Schedule and deliver product demos explaining SiteSathi’s features and benefits
  • Follow up regularly and move prospects through the sales pipeline
  • Manage objections, negotiate, and close deals confidently
  • Maintain customer records and updates


What We’re Looking For

  • Confidence in communication
  • Strong convincing ability and closing mindset
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
  • Self-driven and comfortable with field + phone sales
  • Prior experience in construction-related sales is a plus, not mandatory
