Job Description

Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities across domestic and international markets for IT services (Remote Staffing, NOC support, Cloud, Telecom, or Gen AI sustained projects).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals to expand customer base and revenue streams.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent and effective communication.
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, presentations, and RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are translated into viable solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure profitable partnerships.
  • Track and report business metrics, sales pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company in online/offline client meetings, professional networks, and industry events.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience (36 years) in

    business development or account management

    IT services/solutions industry

  • Strong techno-commercial awareness with the ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into business value.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken

    ; articulate communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience working with global (US, UK, EU, or APAC) clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Zoho).
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue and lead generation targets.
  • Knowledge of remote staffing, IT outsourcing, and managed service delivery models is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in

    Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

  • MBA or postgraduate specialization in Marketing, International Business, or IT Management preferred.
