We are seeking experienced and dedicated VOICE / VOIP / NOC Engineers to become part of our team. This is a full-time, office-based position with immediate joining requirements. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in VOICE / VOIP / NOC support roles. Effective communication skills with proficiency in English and no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence). Prior experience working with US/UK clients is essential for experienced applicants. Completion of graduation is a prerequisite. Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, which includes night shifts and US/UK business hours. This position is open only to male candidates. Strong interest and background in the Telecom domain is desired. Candidates must be prepared to commit to a 2-year service agreement. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to VoIP phone features, such as answering rules, music on hold, and other platform-specific features. Assistance with troubleshooting Toll-Free and Calling Card issues, providing resolutions based on network architecture. Selection Process: First round: Face-to-face interview at the office. Final round: Virtual interview conducted via Microsoft Teams (with video recording). Key Responsibilities Monitor networks, systems, and security alerts using various NOC and SOC platforms. Respond to and triage incidents raised in the support queue (network/system/security related). Perform initial investigation and analysis of events to determine severity and priority. Escalate incidents according to predefined workflows and procedures. Conduct basic troubleshooting on infrastructure or endpoint issues before escalation. Maintain accurate and detailed incident documentation in the ticketing system. Run scheduled infrastructure and security health checks and log observations. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during incident resolution. Follow shift handover procedures to ensure continuity. Participate in the 24x7 rotating roster (including nights, weekends, and holidays). Requirements A degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
