Business Development (Sales) Internship

As an intern at Bestway Gujarat by mQube, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks to support the sales team and ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve calling prospects, updating the database, visiting BestwayXP near Ahmedabad, and assisting the sales team in closing deals. - Call prospects from the database and maintain a friendly yet professional tone during interactions. - Update the database with customer interaction details after each call using Google Sheets or Drive. - Visit BestwayXP near Ahmedabad 1-2 times a week for follow-up meetings. - Escalate important issues to the Sales Team Superiors to facilitate the sales process. - Gain knowledge about the products, technical aspects, and other details to provide customers with the necessary guidance for decision-making. - Strong communication skills to effectively engage with prospects and customers. - Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Drive for database management. - Willingness to travel to BestwayXP near Ahmedabad for meetings. - Ability to learn quickly about the products and technical information to assist customers effectively. mQube is a new-age media venture that specializes in music as a service and offers opportunities to artists to build their music careers.
