Role: Operations & Maintenance Staff Location of Work: BestwayXP – The Experience Center (outskirts) Office premises (within city limits, when active) Planned highway godown Client sites across Gujarat & beyond (Rajasthan, MP, India-wide as required) Work Schedule: Days: Monday–Saturday (if Sunday duty occurs, a compensatory leave will be given within the next 1–2 weeks) Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (day shift; may adjust on busy days) What you’ll do (Responsibilities) Maintain and clean pools, Jacuzzis, jumpers, gaming tables & related equipment at the Experience Center Basic cleaning & upkeep of office operations/premises Assist with installations & service visits at client sites (regional travel as needed) Operate tools/machines (pressure washer, pumps, basic assembly; training provided) Basic task reporting/checklists (Google Docs/Sheets) What we’re looking for (Requirements) Honest, reliable, and willing to learn; able to follow instructions Own a two-wheeler with valid license Can drive a four-wheeler or willing to learn (owning a car not required) Picks up technical tasks quickly (assembly, pool cleaning, equipment handling) Growth Path Year 1–2: Operations Assistant Year 2–3: Service Technician Year 3+: Operations Lead Compensation & Type Full-time (fixed salary) or Contractual/day-based (per-day pay) Project commissions for installations and deep cleaning as per company policy How to Apply Call/WhatsApp: +91-8320773956 Email: bgsupport@bestwaygujarat.com
