Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Talk, connect, understand, and handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails, and guide them to the right pet.
• Help customers choose wisely. Recommend pets based on lifestyle, space, breed behavior, and real care needs.
• Close the deal. Turn that connection into a booking. After that? The post-sales team takes over.
• Follow up smartly. People take time to decide you’ll be there when they’re ready.
• Focus on value. We don’t upsell unnecessarily; we build confidence, trust, and long-term relationships.
