Business Development (Sales) Internship

As an intern at Apollo Radiology Intl. Private Limited, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by assisting in prospecting, lead generation, and maintaining customer relationships. Your duties will also include conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, as well as competitive insights to inform sales strategies. You will be required to reach out to prospective clients through various communication channels such as email, phone calls, etc., to introduce the teleradiology services and schedule meetings for the sales team. Furthermore, you will assist in developing sales collateral such as presentations, proposals, and other materials to effectively communicate the company's value proposition to potential clients. It will be essential to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Additionally, you will provide customer support to existing clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and customer success will be crucial to optimize sales processes and enhance the overall customer experience. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Analytical skills are also essential for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making. As a proactive self-starter, you should be able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Being a team player with a collaborative mindset will help you work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
